At 15", this Hybrid Bag is large enough pack a punch for any fighter in training but also easy enough to move around should you need to. You can use this Training Bag solo or with your trainer to improve a multitude of skills and as it's filled with water, it will absorb your power punches better but also ease the impact on your joints, allowing for a harder work out.
Using the Bag
To hang the Hydro Slip Training Bag properly, use a method such as a rope, or the BXER Hanging Chain Kit; something that will allow the bag to move and swing with ease when in use.
