If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then please contact us so we can resolve the matter.
Our Returns Policy lasts 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags. It must also be unopened in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. To make a cancellation you must notify us from the contact us page within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once notification has been given you have another 14 days to return the goods for a refund or exchange
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your purchase, then you must send the goods back, in their original packaging to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
If you cancel your contract prior to receiving the goods but we have already dispatched them then you must not unpack the goods when they are received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you cancel the purchase but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct cost of recovering the goods, or an appropriate amount up to the full cost of the order if they are returned in a condition that makes them unsaleable, from the amount to be re-credited to you.
